Fit Dreams is committed to researching and developing fun, effective ways to contribute in significantly reducing the ever-increasing percentage of overweight and obese people in our nation.

Fit Dreams offers:

  • Private One on One Training:  For those that are looking for a personalized fitness program in a more private setting.
  • Semi-Private Training: This program is for people that have a "Dream Team" (Support group of 2-3 people). This group training program is a cheaper and effective way to achieve your fit dream.
  • Bootcamps: Bootcamp workouts are well-designed intense exercises that challenge every muscle in your body. If you're looking for a jump start towards your fit dreams, this is the program for you.
  • Raw Food Nutrition Program: This nutrition program is for those looking for guidance on making a raw lifestyle transition. Learn the importance of raw food nutrition, how to make delicious raw recipes. Also, learn about grounding, sun gazing, hiking and other key strategies to improving your lifestyle for optimum health. 
  • Raw Food Nutrition Seminars: Every 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month, Henry will give you his professional tips on getting started on raw food nutrition. New seminar time!!!

Here at Fit Dreams, I believe that following these 5 components of fit dream success can help achieve ANY fit dream.

Here's a brief description of each one:

Resistance Training - Building muscle is essential for reducing body fat, toning and giving your body the strength to push harder towards your fit dream. This includes weight training, core training and calisthenics (push ups, pull ups, sit ups, etc...)

Cardiovascular Exercises - This is includes running, jump roping, and curcuit training. This is essential for building the muscle endurance to last in those long, grueling workouts.

Flexibility- Commonly used in the cool down part of your workout, flexibility can take your workout to the next level. This includes stretching, yoga and Tai chi, a sure way to give your body balance and its proper elasticity. This is a must do for journey towards your fit dream.

Raw food Nutrition - Raw food nutrition is a vital component to any fit dream. This plays a 70% role in your results. A few beneficial programs have been created to assure you the success you need here. 

Fitness- based knowledge- In fitness, knowing is definitely growing. The more you learn the better decisions you make when taking the appropriate steps towards your fit dreams. Here at Fit dreams, we have a wealth of knowledge for you to use along the way.
